WEBSHOP

PRICE

All prices are quoted in Danish kroner. All prices include Danish VAT of 25% or 5%. Prices do not include shipping costs. Any taxes and/or import duties on shipments abroad are paid by the customer.


PAYMENT

In our webshop you can pay with most card types or Pay Pal.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have paid, you will receive an order confirmation on your email. Therefore it is important that you provide the correct email address. If you haven't received an email after a few minutes, check your spam folder, it might have ended up there.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship with Post Nord. Shipping to Denmark costs 75kr per order and to EU countries costs 275kr per order. 

We ship all orders every Wednesday. Delivery in Denmark takes between 1 and 3 days. This means that all orders paid before 8am on Wednesday will arrive by Saturday. Orders placed after 8am on Wednesday morning will not arrive until Thursday-Saturday the following week.

RETUR

You can return your orders until 14 days after you have received the goods. The withdrawal must be notified to us by email skuret.nexo@gmail.com within 14 days after you received the order and from the withdrawal the goods must be in our hands within 14 days. The return must be sent to the following address: Anette Leegaard, Kildestræde 6, 3730 Nexø. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. The packaging of the goods must be in the same condition as when received. This is very important so that the item does not break in transit. You are therefore encouraged to keep the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the amount to your account as soon as possible.

Parcels sent COD are not accepted. We also do not accept parcels sent to a parcel shop - only directly to our address!


GUARANTEE

All products are covered by the Danish Purchase Act, which gives you a 24-month warranty. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or workmanship. This means that you can either get the product, exchanged, money back or a reduction in price. This does not include defects caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. The complaint also does not apply to small deviations in the handmade products. See section handmade products. In the event of a complaint, please contact us by email at skuret.nexo@gmail.com with your order number, pictures of the complaint and a description.


HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All products are made by hand, so each item is unique. There may therefore be slight differences from the picture you have seen of the item on the webshop, such as colour shades, a slight colour dot in the glaze, shape, etc. The measurements given on the products are approximate. 


PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information (name, address, email and phone number) when using the webshop will only be used to handle the shipment - after that we delete it. 


THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS AT RECEIVING

If the goods are damaged when received from us, this must be reported to us by email: skuret.nexo@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with photos of the damage and a description of it.
